IMPORTANT, please read

For an efficient design process, we ask that you send a thorough and concise idea for your design. If you need to send any logos, please send vector format logos to info@iheartcornhole.com with your order number in the subject line. (.AI, .EPS and PDF formats are best for this). We do not work with trademarked logos. Once your order and all logos are received, we will start the design and send an initial mock up within 24-48 business hours. Once you receive the initial mock up, we ask that there is only 1 revision. Please make sure when you reply with the revisions, you have listed everything you wanted changed.  (Revisions are considered as changes to the existing artwork we provided in the proof. Revisions are not complete redraws of the design.) Anything outside of this will incur a design fee at $40 per hour.

Turnaround time is currently 1-2 weeks from the approval of your design. Once the design is approved, we will move your order into the production phase. Once your order is in production, orders are non-refundable. Within 24-48 hours of completion, you will receive an email confirmation for pickup or tracking information..
